Welcome to Toronto Prenatal Nutritionist Blog

Hi everyone, I'm Dora, Certified Nutritionist specializing in pre-natal nutrition and mama-to-be. I know first hand how difficult it can be to sift through confusing and contradicting answers to your google questions when it comes to what is safe to eat when you've got a bun in the oven. Whether you are just thinking about having children, in the process of trying, pregnant or already have a full house of kiddos, this blog is for you.

I have created this blog for you, to take the guesswork out of choosing what to eat preconception, during pregnancy and post birth as well. This blog is dedicated to making you more stress-free, more confident and more peaceful during such a wonderful and often overwhelming time in your life.
